Anjali is the CEO & Founder of The Innovators Law Firm, LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri (previously the Law Office of Anjali B. Dooley, LLC). The Innovators Law Firm, LLC is a boutique national and international healthcare regulatory and legal advisory practice. Anjali has been practicing law for more than 19 years and to her clients she brings deep knowledge of all aspects of healthcare law and corporate governance. She leverages expertise to provide guidance on many complex legal matters: including business entity formation, fifty-state provider licensing compliance, corporate practice of medicine issues, data privacy and security (HIPAA), multi-state telehealth implementation, Medicare fraud and abuse prevention, employment law, and much more.
In her past roles, she has acted as the General Counsel of Forefront Telecare, Inc., a behavioral health telemedicine company, in Alameda County, CA. Anjali is a leader within the American Bar Association Health Law Section, serving as Vice-Chair of the Section’s eHealth, Privacy, and Security Interest Group from 2016-2019 and through 2019-2022 as Vice-Chair of Membership. She is a leader in the Missouri Bar as Chair of the Technology & Innovation Committee (2020-2022). Her long-standing interest in rural health has led her to serve on various policy and advisory committees for the National Association of Rural Health Clinics. She also served as an Adjunct Professor and Coleman Fellow at Saint Louis University’s MBA Program in Entrepreneurship, which is ranked 12th nationally.
Anjali received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, her Masters in Business Administration from the DePaul University-Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. Most recently, Anjali completed a Certificate of Business Excellence program in Venture Capital and Private Equity at Columbia Business School in New York.
The Innovators Law Firm, LLC is dedicated to providing regulatory advice and corporate transactions services. Anjali and her experienced staff understand that navigating healthcare regulations and related state and federal law is difficult and complex, but eases this burden for her clients so they can focus on patient care and revenue generation. Anjali’s firm is one of the first firms to consistently provide flat-fee services to her clients so that they can determine legal spend accurately.

Adina joined the Innovators Law Firm, LLC, in December 2022. With over two decades of paralegal experience, she has worked primarily in business law, insurance defense, commercial contracts, and appellate litigation. She received her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Massachusetts – Lowell.
Her attention to detail and the ability to analyze facts, coupled with her unique ability to multitask different aspects of the law, have earned Adina the success she has enjoyed as a paralegal. As the firm’s Legal Operations Manager, Adina is on the front lines of providing quality service and value to clients. Driven by team success, she takes pride in providing the best client experience possible while seamlessly managing the firm.
Associate Counsel
Josmyne most recently worked as an Associate Attorney with Ogletree, Deakins, Nash & Stewart, P.C. and with Berry Appleman & Leiden, LLP, as a Law Clerk. Her focus was business immigration for large corporations. She started J. Adraell Legal Services, LLC, during the Covid pandemic in 2020; she advised on business entity formation, non-disclosures, and non-compete agreements, drafted wills, and financial and medical powers of attorney.
She has several years of experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while working in the financial services industry, working across legal teams to support and facilitate business objectives, and analyzing legal and business risks to recommend the appropriate business solutions while utilizing her background in hospitality to maintain client relationships. Josmyne has experience working with complex and nuanced healthcare regulations to ensure HIPAA compliance. In 2022, Josmyne was honored with The National Black Lawyers 40 Under 40.
Josmyne received her B.S. from the University of Alabama in 2011 and her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2015. She also obtained her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in 2018 and Master of Laws in Risk Management from Texas A&M University School of Law in 2019.

Toni Elhoms, CCS, CPC, CPMA, CRC, AHIMA-Approved ICD10-CM/PCS Trainer is an internationally known speaker and recognized subject matter expert on medical coding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. She is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Coding Experts, LLC. She holds multiple credentials with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). With over a decade of industry experience, she has led and supported hospital systems, universities, physician practices, payers, law firms, government agencies, and other entities on coding, billing, and compliance initiatives. She is a frequent contributor to various media outlets, speaker, and regular guest on industry podcasts. She created the Alpha Coding Podcast series to share her industry Pro-Tips. She also leads and mentors a network of revenue cycle management professionals across the country and serves as the President of the Orlando, FL AAPC Chapter.

Several Telehealth Waivers Expiring: At the end of June, both New York’s and Florida’s COVID-19 telehealth waivers COVID-19 expired. The subsequent guidance provided by the
