Anjali is the CEO & Founder of The Innovators Law Firm, LLC in Saint Louis, Missouri (previously the Law Office of Anjali B. Dooley, LLC). The Innovators Law Firm, LLC is a boutique national and international healthcare regulatory and legal advisory practice. Anjali has been practicing law for more than 19 years and to her clients she brings deep knowledge of all aspects of healthcare law and corporate governance. She leverages expertise to provide guidance on many complex legal matters: including business entity formation, fifty-state provider licensing compliance, corporate practice of medicine issues, data privacy and security (HIPAA), multi-state telehealth implementation, Medicare fraud and abuse prevention, employment law, and much more.
In her past roles, she has acted as the General Counsel of Forefront Telecare, Inc., a behavioral health telemedicine company, in Alameda County, CA. Anjali is a leader within the American Bar Association Health Law Section, serving as Vice-Chair of the Section’s eHealth, Privacy, and Security Interest Group from 2016-2019 and through 2019-2022 as Vice-Chair of Membership. She is a leader in the Missouri Bar as Chair of the Technology & Innovation Committee (2020-2022). Her long-standing interest in rural health has led her to serve on various policy and advisory committees for the National Association of Rural Health Clinics. She also served as an Adjunct Professor and Coleman Fellow at Saint Louis University’s MBA Program in Entrepreneurship, which is ranked 12th nationally.
Anjali received her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, her Masters in Business Administration from the DePaul University-Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.

Keiana Palmer joined The Innovators Law Firm, LLC in October 2021. Keiana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, magna cum laude, at West Liberty University, and received her Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M University College of Law. Throughout her law school career, Keiana served as Secretary and President of the Caribbean Law Students Association and volunteered with the Orlando Serve Foundation, and The 519-Space for Change in Toronto, Ontario. Keiana recognizes that healthcare is a dynamic industry, and the impact rapidly changing health laws have on medical practices and healthcare technology companies. Keiana also understands the commitment and unique challenges involved with high-growth startups in a heavily regulated industry. Chino Onubogu joined The Innovators Law Firm, LLC in May 2022. She graduated, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in English at Florida A&M University and received her Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law. Throughout law school, Chino was a member of the Entertainment Law Society where she gained an understanding of intellectual property law. Chino has firsthand work experience in hospital, clinic, and health care education settings. She realizes that the highest standard of compliance is vital for health care services. Chino recognizes the importance of confidentiality and privacy in this highly regulated field and will help clients meet their specialized legal goals in an efficient and straightforward manner.

Toni Elhoms, CCS, CPC, CPMA, CRC, AHIMA-Approved ICD10-CM/PCS Trainer is an internationally known speaker and recognized subject matter expert on medical coding, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. She is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Coding Experts, LLC. She holds multiple credentials with the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). With over a decade of industry experience, she has led and supported hospital systems, universities, physician practices, payers, law firms, government agencies, and other entities on coding, billing, and compliance initiatives. She is a frequent contributor to various media outlets, speaker, and regular guest on industry podcasts. She created the Alpha Coding Podcast series to share her industry Pro-Tips. She also leads and mentors a network of revenue cycle management professionals across the country and serves as the President of the Orlando, FL AAPC Chapter.
Camille Fuentes joined The Innovators Law Firm, LLC in September 2021. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and minor in Business Organizations from California State University of Chico. During her undergraduate program, she also received her Paralegal Certificate. Currently, Camille is a 3L student studying at Santa Clara University School of Law. Camille participated and excelled at the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic in which she worked one-on-one with start-up companies to assist them with their transactional legal needs. She is eager to apply her skills and experience towards the practice of healthcare law.
